Ingredients:  
• Pie Filling
• 1 pkg fresh Spinach chopped fine, washed, drained and completely dried
• 1 large can Ricotta
• 5 Eggs
• Grated Cheese
• Salt & Pepper

• Crust
• 1 ½ cup Flour
• 1 Egg
• A little Water
• 1 tbsp Oil
• Pinch of Salt

Directions:

FILLING: Mix all ingriedients together and stir well.

CRUST: Kneed out and roll out tin in greased pan.
Put filling mixture inside. Let sides flap over and put piece on top and bring sides up and over to join.
Prick holes ½ inch with knife.
Put Olive Oil over top of dough and bake at 350o
Top will get brown, ricotta will get firm.
