1/2 cup butter
1 cup self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
4 cups fresh or frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, blackberries, apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 9 X 13 X 2 inch pan. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk. Spoon evenly over melted butter. Do Not Stir. In sauce pan combine fruit with remaining sugar. Ladle over butter-flour mixture. Do Not Stir. Bake at 375 º 30 to 45 minutes or until brown.
