1/2 C butter
1/4 C flour
2 C milk
6 slices bacon
1 jar chipped beef
4oz mushrooms
1 dozen eggs
1/2 C milk
1/4 C butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the bacon and fry it. Add the butter when melted, stir in the flour until mixed. Add the 2 cups of milk & stir until thickened. Add the chipped beef (cut up) & the mushrooms. Melt the 1/4 cup butter and scramble the eggs with 1/2 cup milk. Add the eggs to the white sauce and pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika on top. Cover with foil and bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour.
