2 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup onion (minced)
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients except cornstarch and wine in saucepan. Heat 15 minutes. Combine cornstarch and wine in small dish. Add mixture into sauce and stir until thickened.

Use over shrimp, chicken or pork.
