Whole fresh jalapeno peppers
Uncooked, deveined shrimp (size to stuff in jalapeno)
Maple Bacon strips cut in half
toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stem end off of jalapenos, scoop out seeds.
Stuff shrimp in jalapenos. Take a half strip of of uncooked bacon, wrap around stuffed jalapenos and secure with toothpick.
Roast over barbecue grill (to the side of the direct flame) or grill in oven. Grill until pepper is tender (based on preference) and bacon is cooked.
