1 c flour
1/2 t salt
1 c milk
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c beef grease

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour once. Measure, add salt and sift again. Add milk and well beaten eggs gradually, stirring until smooth. Beat mixture vigorously 2 minutes. Place drippings in 10 or 12 inch pan and heat to bubbling hot before pouring in pudding. Bake in hot oven (500º) for 20 minutes.
