2 lb. ground beef
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 T. mustard seed
1 T. meat cure (meat tenderizer)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything well and roll in tin foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325º.
