1 peck of tomatoes
10 medium onions
1 bunch celery
3-4 green peppers
1 cup salt
1 quart vinegar
6 cups sugar
1/2 cup pickling spice

Directions:
Directions:
Grind together tomatoes, onions, celery and green peppers. Add 1 cup salt. Let 4-5 hours (I don't know if these means cook or set). Drain for 1 hour.

Boil vinegar and sugar, add pickling spice. Add drained tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
