1 pork loin
1 cartoon of apple cider
1 TBS. garlic powder
1 TBS. salt
1 TBS. pepper
1 TBS. parsley
1 TBS. oregano

Directions:
Directions:
In a large baking pan place the pork loin in a pan. Sprinkle half of the seasoning on each side of the pork loin. Pour 3/4 of the apple cider in the pan. Cover the pork loin and place in the for 4-5 hours at 325-350º. Remove the pork from the oven and let it cool. Once the pork cools pull the pork. You can serve the pork in a crock pot by adding the remaining apple cider. Optional is to add you favorite barbecue sauce.
