2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 to 1 c. melted butter or margarine
6-8 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine parmesan, bread crumbs and parsley.
2. Pat chicken dry with paper towel and dip into butter and then coat with crumbs. Place in single layer on greased pan.
3. Bake at 375º oven for 30-45 minutes.
4. Heat cream of chicken soup in a pan and add lemon juice (probably 2-4 tbsp.) to taste and serve over chicken.
