1 (8 ounce) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 c. margarine
4 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. dried parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 c. cream
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º. Unroll crescent rolls, and press into a 9 inch pie pan, covering sides and bottom.
2. Melt margarine in a skillet over medium heat, and cook the zucchini and onion until tender. Season with parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Remove skillet from heat and mix in the cream, eggs, and cheese.
3. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
