2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 2/3 c. minced meat (28 oz. jar)
1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk (15 oz. can)
1 lb. Paradise Fruit and Peel Mix
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking soda together. Mix eggs, minced meat, condensed milk and fruit & peel. Mix together. Fold in dry ingredients. Butter 9- inch baking pan, line with wax paper and butter again. Pour mixture into baking pan. Bake in 275º oven approximately 2 hours or until cake is done.
