3 eggs
3/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch nutmeg

Mix and pour in unbaked 9" shell. Sprinkle with
cinnamon. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes then 350°
until crust is golden brown and filling is set.
