2/3 c. butter or margarine
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Craisins, dried sweetened cranberries
2/3 c. white chocolate chips
2/3 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. Using an electric mixer beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs, mixing well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl. Add to butter mixture in several additions mixing well after each addition. Stir in Craisins, chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
