2 c flour
1 2/3 c uncooked oatmeal
2 c brown sugar
1 c melted oleo
2 t vanilla
4 c cubed rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix top five together. Save half for topping. Press remainder in 9x13 pan. Spread cubed rhubarb in pan. In a saucepan mix 1 c sugar, 1 c water and 2 T cornstarch. Cook until clear, pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle rest of crunch mix on top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
