1 large ricotta cheese
3-4 eggs
1 cup romano cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbls minced fresh parsley
2 tbls of roasted pine nuts
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Start with ricotta, beat in eggs, add cheese, garlic, parsley and pepper, fold in pine nuts. Pour into a glass baking dish, and bake at 350 til browned on top.
