1/2 c. chicken broth
3 heaping Tbsp of Peanut Butter
1 tsp. chili sauce (I just use chili powder)
1 1/2 tsp honey
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp ginger (I use powder)
8 oz udon noodles or linguini
chopped green onions
chopped cilantro
chopped peanuts
fresh lime (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan (broth to ginger) over medium - med/hi heat until smooth, bubbly, and begins to thicken.
Meanwhile, cook noodles as directed. Chop green onions, cilantro, peanuts and limes.
Toss noodles with sauce and sprinkle the chopped peanuts, onions, cilantro and squeeze of a lime wedge to garnish.

Personal Notes:
This is highly addictive. We love the peanut butter flavor, and I love to use with pad thai noodles you fry in a little oil, or the linguini or angel hair if I dont have the asian noodles. I always add a tiny bit extra peanut butter.
