Cornbread (2- 9x13 pans)
Olives- sliced (3 small cans)
Celery- chopped (3-4 stalks)
Chicken broth (1-2 cups)
Sage (2 tsp.)
Hard boiled eggs- diced (6-8)
Onion- diced (one large white onion)
Butter, melted (1/2-1 cup)
Poultry seasoning (1 tsp.)

Directions:

Mix all together until moist. Add more broth if not moist enough. Stuff in turkey and bake or can bake it in foil or a casserole dish for about 30-40 minutes. (This recipe makes a lot).

Dad (Grandpa Sommer) made this recipe up a long time ago and we asked him how to make it, but he didn't give us any measurements and so I'm kind of guessing on the measurements on how much I like to make. Hope you enjoy it because we can’t have Thanksgiving dinner without this stuffing!
