1 whole Chicken, cut up (or buy individual parts, 8-10 pieces with bone in, legs, thighs, or breasts)
Butter
Saltine Crackers
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x13" pan with Pam.
Lay chicken pieces in pan.
Sprinkle seasonings over chicken.
Crush approximately15 Saltine crackers in a baggy.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over chicken.
Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over chicken.
Bake chicken uncovered at 350º for 1 - 1½ hrs. (check for doneness after 1 hr.)
