2 Cups Cider Vinegar
1 Clove Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Poultry Seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 egg (raw)

Crack egg in glass bowl, whisk until smooth and blended.
Mix the rest of the ingredients by hand with a whisk.
Marinate chicken overnight, reserve a cup for basting while grilling.

For those of you who do not live in central NY and are not suffering from chicken BBQ fundraiser overload, this is an interesting alternative to a traditional chicken BBQ. If you happen to live in the Wayne/Monroe/Ontario county region of NYS then you have probably had this chicken BBQ a couple hundred times as it is a fund raiser favorite.
