Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. butter
1 12 oz. can corn, drained, or cook frozen corn
3/4 c. chili sauce (I used to buy that little round bottle of chili sauce, then I just started using a can of tomato sauce and put a few seasonings in it)
1 can chopped olives
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese
1 pkg Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Saute beef and onion in butter in large skillet until beef is browned. Stir in corn, chili sauce, Worcestershire, mustard, salt and pepper. Place in greased 2 qt. casserole pan or dish. Prepare corn muffin mix according to directions. Add the cheese to the muffin mix. Pour it over the beef mixture. Cook at 350º for 25 minutes, or until cornbread is very golden brown. (You may have to cut into it to see if the cornbread is done. Make sure it isn't too thick on the beef when you put it on, spread it around good.)

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I made this a long, long time ago, cause dad (Jim) used to have tamale pie that his mom made. So I found a recipe, he liked it, and we had it often.
