1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs
4 tsp melted butter or oleo
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
2 tsp lemon juice
fruit topping
waxed muffin or cup cake cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combine wafer crumbs and butter. In separate bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, egg, lemon juice and vanilla- mix well. Put 1 T. crumbs in cup-cake liners and press down. Put 1 T. of filling on crumbs. Bake 15 minutes at 375º. Cool and put on desired fruit topping.
