2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 cup peanut butter
3 cups oatmeal
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to boil sugar, butter milk and cocoa - boil for 2 minutes and take off heat.

Add peanut butter, oatmeal and vanilla. Drop on wax paper to cool.

Grandma Woodhull would have been Grandma Severance (Esther's) mother. If I didn't know better, I'd say this was my dad's (Arthur's) handwriting - who knows!?
