1/4 lb butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

Topping:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs, beating until well mixed. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Gradually add sifted dry ingredients. Spoon 1/2 of the batter in a greased tube pan. Do not smooth. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the topping mixture. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining topping. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Do not take from the oven before the 45 minutes. Do not open the oven door during the baking.
