2 cups rhubarb, cut into small bite-size pieces
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1 cup sugar
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 T. butter, melted
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare pie dough. Place bottom crust in pie pan. Pour in rhubarb. In mixing bowl combine sugar, flour and salt, stir; then mix in eggs and melted butter. Add milk and mix again. Pour mixture over rhubarb. Place top crust over pie filling. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 30-35 minutes longer or until done.
