3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup diced apple
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour and unbeaten egg. Mix well. Add salt, baking powder and vanilla and mix. Stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a well greased pie pan. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
