1 1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup cooking oil OR 1 stick oleo
1 egg
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp soda
2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup finely diced rhubarb
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together in order given. Pour into 2 oiled loaf pans.

Mix these items and top the loaves :
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 T. oleo

Bake in 350º oven for about 60 minutes.
