1 cup crunch peanut butter
2/3 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups firmly packed lt brown sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat until well blended. Beat in brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in flour and salt just until well blended. Spread batter in greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and freeze.
