1 cup canned mashed cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 quart vanilla ice cream (soften)
1 9 inch graham cracker crust

Directions:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and spices. Stir ice cream to soften, then fold into pumpkin mixture. Spoon into the graham cracker crust. Freeze firm. Garnish with pecans and whipped cream.
