1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup bananas
1/2 cup dates
2 cup cake flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup nutmeats (I think this is chopped nuts)
1/2 cup sour milk
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)

Bake 350º for 30 minutes.

Note on bottom says "Carmel frosting"
