Ingredients:  
1 cup sour milk (whip) I think this might be buttermilk?

2 egg yolks
1/2 cup cold water
Whip together and add to the whipped sour milk.

2 cups sifted cake flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Sift these ingredients together 3 times and add to the above mixture.

Add 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat 2 eggs whites stiff and add to the above.

Bake 350º for 25 minutes.
