1 cup boiling water
1 pkg lemon jell-o
1 cup white sugar
1 can crushed pineapple
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 large can Carnation milk (chilled)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve boiling water and lemon jello - cool until half set. Whip jello. Mix together white sugar, crushed pineapple and cream cheese. Add to whipped jello. Whip the Carnation milk until stiff and then fold into the mixture.

Crush 30 graham crackers and 1/4 lb melted butter or oleo (margarine). Mix and pat into 13 X 9 pan and then pour the cheesecake mixture on top and cover with rest of crumbs. Chill overnight.
