1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
4 tbsp. sugar
7 tbsp. melted butter or margarine
2 qts. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. orange sherbert (or your favorite flavor)
Topping:
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, sugar and butter until crumbly. Press into 9 x 13 pan and put into freezer for 30 minutes or more.

Mix the ice cream and sherbert until blended. Pour over crust and freeze.

Topping:
Mix ingredients together and cook until thickens. Cool. Spread over ice cream mixture and freeze.
