Ingredients: Sauce: 2 bacon slices, chopped 1 c. onion, chopped 1/2 cup prepared mustard 5 T honey 3 T ketchup 2 T cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. chili powder 1/4 tsp. cumin Pork: 1 T brown sugar 1 T paprika 2 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. cumin 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. red pepper 2- 1 lb. pork tenderloins, trimmed

Directions:1.Prepare grill. 2. For sauce, cook bacon in medium saucepan until crisp. Add onion to pan; cook 4 minutes. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients (through cumin). Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer 4 minutes, until slightly thick, stirring occasionally. 3. Prepare pork: Combine brown sugar and next 7 ingredients (through red pepper) in small bowl- stir well. Rub mixture evenly over pork. Place pork on grill coated with non-stick spray. Grill 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155º Let pork stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve with sauce. |

Notes: You don't have to grill this- you can cook it however you like cooking pork tenderloin! The sauce is really delicious. This recipe is good enough that I often make it when I take a meal to someone - everyone likes it!
