2 c. Vanilla Wafer crumbs
¾ c. Butter
1½ c. Powdered Sugar
3 Eggs, beaten
3 squares Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
1½ c. Whipping Cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Miniature Marshmallows
½ c. Peppermint Stick candy

Directions:

Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs and ¼ c. butter, pack into a 9x13" pan.
Cream ½ c. butter with 1½ c. powdered sugar. Add beaten eggs and melted chocolate.
Spoon onto packed vanilla wafer crumbs in pan. Put pan in freezer while whipping cream.
Fold miniature marshmallows into whipped cream. Take pan out of freezer and spread this mixture on top.
Crush the ½ c. of peppermint stick candy and sprinkle on top of whipped cream and marshmallows. Put in freezer.
