Uncle Scott's (Davis) special meat seasoning
1 bottle pale ale
1 bottle bbq sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Strip ribs of silver on bone side (bottom). Rub desired amount of Scott's seasoning on, this is usually about 1.5 Tablespoons per rack. Pour 3/4 of the bottle of pale ale into a large oven-safe pan. (Enjoy the rest of pale ale.) Place rack of ribs into pan and cover top with aluminum foil. Put the covered ribs into the oven for approximately 1 hr 45 min. Pull the pan out and inspect ribs. Preheat grill. If they need more time place into oven for an additional 10 min with oven off. Take ribs and put them on grill. Sauce ribs as desired. After grilling the ribs for about 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes, your ribs are ready! Add sauce as desired, cut, and enjoy!!!
If you are doing multiple racks cut racks in half and extend cook time to 2 hrs.
