3 c. Cooked Chicken
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1½ tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 c. Mayonnaise
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
4 Green Onions, chopped
3 c . White Rice, cooked
½ tsp. Salt
1½ c. Celery, diced
¾ c. Almonds, slivered (optional)
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1½ to 2 c. Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soups, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add rest of ingredients except stuffing mix.
Put stuffing mix on top.
Drizzle melted butter over stuffing mix.
Bake at 350º for 40 minutes.
