1 head cabbage
2 lbs ground beef
1 large onion (chopped)
1 cup rice (raw)
1 can mushrooms
1 lb. bacon(chopped)
2 cans tomato soup
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Basil
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cabbage leaves by immersing in boiling water. Brown beef, add onion, rice, bacon, mushrooms, salt, pepper and 2 cups of water. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes. Roll filling in cabbage leaves and place in deep roaster. Mix tomato soup, 2 cups water and basil. Pour over cabbage rolls. Cover, cook at 325ºF for 3 hours or until tender. Check liquid and add as needed.
