1 (3 oz.) pkg. Orange JELLO
½ tsp. Salt
1½ c. boiling Water
1 can (8¾ oz.) Crushed Pineapple, undrained
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 c. Carrots, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve JELLO and salt in boiling water.
Add undrained pineapple and lemon juice.
Chill until very thick, then fold in carrots.
Chill until firm.
