24oz Hunts Ketchup
12oz Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 c. Honey
1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Corn Syrup (Dark preferably)
1/4 c. French's yellow mustard
1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
2T BBQ Rub
1T Worcestershire
1T Liquid Smoke
1 White Onion (Finely Minced)
1/4 c. H2O
1T Minced Garlic



Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and pour into pyrex casserole dish. Cook on lower heat side of smoker for 2 hours, stirring every half hour or so.

Sauce can also be prepared on stovetop over low heat for approximately 45 minutes.
