Pork Steaks or Pork Chops
Onion
6 cans bean sprouts
3 cans mushrooms
2 cans water chestnuts
Stalk of celery
Salt & pepper
Soy sauce
Molasses, cornstarch
Rice

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add onion, salt and pepper.
Chop celery and put in large cooker with small amount of water. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Add meat and onion. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix molasses and cornstarch and add to chop suey to thicken. Simmer. Cook rice. Serve chop suey over rice.
