1 lb pork sausage
6 eggs
2 c milk
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
3 slices bread, cubed
1 c grated cheddar cheese
2 - 4 oz cans mushrooms
2 T onion, chopped
3 T green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard. Layer bread cubes, sausage, and cheese in a 9 X 13" pan. Sprinkle mushrooms, peppers, and onions over this. Pour egg mixture on top. Can be refrigerated overnight. Bake at 350º for 45 min.
