1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. butter
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
4 1/4 c. flour
1 t. soda
1 t. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugars, oil and butter. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, soda and cream of tartar; mix well. Chill dough for two hours or overnight. Make balls and roll in sugar. Press with bottom of glass to flatten. Bake at 350º for 8 - 10 minutes. Watch and take out just slightly brown.
