2 egg whites
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites and salt on high speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until soft peaks form. Meanwhile, microwave the syrup for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until syrup boils. Pour syrup in a thin stream over egg whites while beating at high speed. Continue beating until frosting is spreading consistency. Beat in vanilla. Frost a 9" x 13" cake generously. This stays soft and doesn't sugar for several days.
