1 cup flour
1 stick butter (melted)
1 cup pecan meal, plus a little more
12 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powder sugar
8 oz. cool whip
2 packages instant butterscotch pudding
3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, melted butter and pecan meal together. Press into 13 X 9 inch pan and bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 1 cup cool ship. Pour over first layer. Mix 2 packages instant pudding mixed with 3 cup milk. Spread over cheese layer. Spread remaining cool whip over pudding layer and sprinkle with a little more pecan meal. Freeze or refrigerate.
