12 6 oz. boneless and skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
2 10 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. white wine
4 c. bread crumbs, seasoned with poultry seasoning
2 sticks butter, melted
a little chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and season with lemon pepper. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Drain fat and reserve stock. Place chicken in large baking pan. Cover each breast with half a slice of Swiss cheese. Mix soup, wine and a little chicken stock together and pour over chicken and cheese. Melt butter and mix with crushed, seasoned, bread crumbs and sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Heat through at 350º for about 45 minutes.
