1 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Top with fruit of your choice. (We like green and purple grapes, strawberries, raspberries or blueberries and kiwi.)

For the crust; mix sugar, margarine, and vanilla. Add egg, flour, baking soda, cream of tarter. Spread in the bottom of 9x13 or larger pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until light brown around the edges (don't over bake). Let cool. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit of your choice. Enjoy!
