1 pkg. crescent rolls
3/4 c. cashew nuts
1 can water chestnuts, diced
3 - 4 medium zucchini
3 T. butter
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/4 t. dill weed
2 beaten eggs
1 c jack and jalapeño cheese, cubed
2 t. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Press triangles in ungreased 9" pie pan to make crust. Sprinkle on nuts and water chestnuts. Slice zucchini in 1/8" rounds and saute in butter. Add seasonings; place over nuts and water chestnuts. Pour in eggs and sprinkle cheese cubes and parsley. Bake for 30 minutes at 325º.
