1 c. butter, softened
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. corn starch
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. flour

FROSTING:

2 T. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla or almond extract
1 - 2 t. milk
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter in mixer; mix 2 minutes. Add vanilla; mix. Add dry ingredients and mix on low until combined. Cover dough and refrigerate 30 min. Use medium dough scoop and place on parchment paper. Bake at 350º for 8-12 minutes. Let set for one minute then remove from parchment paper to cooling rack.
Mix ingredients for frosting. Place in pastry bag or zip-lock bag and clip off the corner tip to squeeze out.
