Ingredients:  
2 slabs of baby back ribs (any style will be fine)
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of mustard
1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 jalapeno, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
salt/pepper to taste
3 cloves of garlic
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in bowl all liquid ingredients and brown sugar. Rub mixture all over the ribs, covering completely. Place ribs in crock pot layering with the onions, peppers & garlic. Salt and Pepper. Pour entire bottle of BBQ sauce over the ribs and let cook for 6
hours on high heat. Turn ribs every 90 minutes. Ribs should be tender and falling off the bone.
